WWF is pleased to announce the launch of the brand-new Biodiversity Risk Filter – the first of its kind. The Biodiversity Risk Filter is an online tool developed to help companies and financial institutions identify and take action on biodiversity-related risks across their operations, value chains, and investments and thereby translate complex science into action.
WWF is the world’s biggest, science-based conservation organization – active in more than 100 countries. The Biodiversity Risk Filter is based on extensive and in-depth knowledge about the challenges and opportunities for the world’s biodiversity and the realization that the business and finance sectors are crucial in preserving and restoring our wonderful nature and wildlife.

A new report from WWF Verdensnaturfonden and Bain & Company shows that 70 percent of the largest Danish companies see biodiversity loss as a threat to their business, but only 10 percent of them have a concrete plan for how they want to deal with it. The report also highlights the opportunities companies have to reverse this development already now.
